Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) . The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing project schedules, tracking risks, collaborating with Product Owners, and ensuring successful delivery through transparent reporting and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Technical Skills
(Must be demonstrated clearly in project experience, not only listed as skills)
Agile methodologies:
Scrum and Kanban
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking
Expertise in Jira dashboards and reports creation
Proven experience conducting Agile ceremonies
Strong collaboration with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization
RAID log management:
Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
Agile responsibilities must be reflected in project descriptions
Technology / Tools Stack
Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Jira – Project Tracking Tool
Jira Dashboards & Reports
Agile Ceremonies:
Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement with Product Owner
RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Stakeholder Collaboration (IT & Business)
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage projects using Agile Scrum / Kanban methodologies
Develop, track, and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Identify, track, and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, and impediments
Conduct all Agile ceremonies and partner closely with Product Owners for backlog grooming
Create, maintain, and present Jira dashboards and reports for project visibility
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable plans
Track and report project progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in driving Agile adoption and maturity
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
