Monitor and manage render queues, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues, optimizing render efficiency.
Collaborate with the VFX team to ensure seamless integration of rendered elements.
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding render status and any potential issues.
Assist in the development and refinement of render workflows and pipeline improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience in a render wrangler or similar role within a VFX or animation studio.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
Proficiency in any given rendering software and an understanding of VFX workflows.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
