Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barman at our Chennai location. The Barman will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining the bar area, interacting with guests to ensure a positive experience, and handling transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining standards of cleanliness and complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and ensure satisfaction
Proficiency in Food & Beverage service with an excellent understanding of drinks preparation
Experience in Bartending, including creating and serving beverages to suit customer preferences
Cash Handling experience with accuracy and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous
Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology is a plus
