Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer to enhance patient and visitor experience at our healthcare facility in Chennai – Gowrivakkam. The role involves patient interaction, coordination, and service excellence to ensure a smooth and positive hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors and assist them with registration, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient guidance and support throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments to ensure timely patient services.
- Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Support admission, discharge, and billing coordination processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records related to patient interactions and service requests.
- Adhere to hospital policies, service protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar patient-facing role in a reputed hospital.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and patient-handling abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital systems.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).
