The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for balancing clinical duties with administrative leadership. The role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision and mentoring of Duty Medical Officers (DMOs), while acting as a critical link between hospital administration and medical staff.

Job Requirements:
- Balancing the duties of a DMOs with that of an administrator.
- Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
- Being responsible for the performance of DMOs under your supervision.
- Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
- Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
- Finding ways to improve clinical services.
- Liaising between the administration and medical staff.
- Mentoring DMOs.
Educational
Qualifications:
- MBBS (mandatory)
- MD / DNB / Diploma (preferred)
Licensing:
- Valid medical license with relevant medical council
Experience:
- Minimum 2–7 years of clinical experience, preferably in a corporate hospital or organized healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in hospital administration or supervisory roles preferred
