Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents regarding course inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fees .
• Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals .
• Follow up with potential students through calls, Whats App, or email .
• Maintain and update student inquiry data in CRM or Excel sheets .
• Achieve daily/weekly lead conversion targets .
• Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, or admission interviews .
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills :
• Excellent communication skills (Tamil/ English / Regional language)
• Good convincing and counselling ability
• Basic knowledge of computer, CRM, and MS Excel
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Eligibilities :
• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
• Experience in education counselling / telecalling / admissions is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
