About the Role
The Soft skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills of employees in the BPO sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on various soft skills.
Assess the training needs of employees.
Develop training materials and resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide feedback and support to trainees.
Preparing the contents.
Hands on experience in content creation.
Qualifications
Graduation mandatory.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Strong presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the BPO sector.
Knowledge of training methodologies.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary:
Up to 7 LPA
