Key Responsibilities  1. Lesson Delivery   Teach English with high energy and enthusiasm across grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing.
Conduct interactive, student-focused online sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
Ensure lessons are engaging, structured, and measurable in outcome.
2. Demo Sessions & Conversions   Deliver powerful, compelling demo sessions to parents and students.
Clearly explain program benefits, course structure, and expected outcomes.
Address parent queries confidently and convert demo sessions into paid enrollments.
3. Student Engagement   Build a positive, motivating environment where children enjoy learning.
Maintain strong rapport with students and parents to ensure consistent attendance and performance.
Keep students enthusiastic and committed throughout their learning journey.
4. Communication & Reporting   Maintain prompt, professional communication with parents and students.
Share regular progress reports and discuss learning needs with parents.
Record attendance, notes, and student updates accurately in online systems.
5. Continuous Improvement   Collect and implement feedback to refine teaching and presentation methods.
Stay updated with online teaching best practices and tools.
Participate in training, reviews, and internal performance improvement programs.
Qualifications  Education   Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certifications are an added advantage.
Experience   Experience teaching English or tutoring online (preferred).
Demonstrated success in converting demo sessions into paid enrollments is a plus.
Skills   Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with online platforms like Zoom, Google Classroom, and similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to engage children creatively and maintain discipline.
