Aptitude Trainer (College Training – Tamil Nadu)

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and committed  Aptitude Trainer  to conduct aptitude training programs for college students across  Tamil Nadu . The role involves extensive travel to partner colleges and delivering high-impact training sessions to enhance students' placement readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver aptitude training sessions for  college students  across Tamil Nadu
Train students in  Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Prepare students for  campus placements, competitive exams, and corporate assessments
Customize training content based on college requirements, student level, and program duration
Conduct pre-assessments, mock tests, and post-training evaluations
Track student progress and submit training reports to the management
Engage students through interactive teaching methods, activities, and real-time problem solving
Coordinate with college placement officers, coordinators, and internal operations team
Ensure timely travel and adherence to training schedules
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong subject knowledge in  Aptitude (QA, LR, Verbal)
Excellent communication skills in  English and Tamil
Ability to handle large classrooms and varied student skill levels
Strong presentation, facilitation, and student engagement skills
Willingness to  travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google tools for reporting
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
Master's degree or training certification is an added advantage
Experience
1–5 years of experience as an  Aptitude / Placement / Soft Skills Trainer
Freshers with strong aptitude skills and good presentation ability may be considered
Travel Requirement
Mandatory travel across colleges in Tamil Nadu
Travel, accommodation, and food expenses will be covered as per company policy
Preferred Profile
Experience in college training or campus placement programs
Familiarity with university-level students and placement preparation
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
