Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Subject Matter Expert to join our team full time, on-site in Chennai. The SME will be responsible for developing and reviewing academic content, creating high-quality adaptive assessments, collaborating with expert academicians, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of course materials. This role requires a focus on innovation, precision, and contributions to interactive and application-oriented learning solutions.
Additionally, the SME will support refining course content to cater to students' evolving educational requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge in relevant engineering, applied science, or related domains
Experience in content development, curriculum design, and academic material review
Proficiency in adaptive assessment creation and question bank development
Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with academic professionals
Proven ability to stay updated with educational trends and technologies
Previous experience in e-learning, M-learning, or instructional design is a plus
Master's degree or Doctorate in relevant engineering or applied science fields preferred
