Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maths Mentor role, based in Chennai. The Maths Mentor will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational sessions, conducting assessments, and developing learning resources. The role requires designing course materials, supporting students in their academic journeys, and staying updated on best practices in mathematics mentoring and education.

Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, with NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. in Mathematics
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with students
Ability to develop and deliver well-structured course materials and assess student performance
Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and mathematical reasoning
Comfortable with working on-site in Chennai with a passion for teaching and mentoring students
Understanding of competitive exam patterns and question-setting techniques is a bonus
Previous experience in academic content creation or curriculum design is an advantage
Laptop is mandatory.

Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Chennai only can apply. Only those who have completed NET/SET/Ph.D., will be considered for the role.
