Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - Sales based in Chennai. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include providing information about courses, assisting students with enrollment processes, addressing inquiries, and recommending suitable programs based on students' aspirations. The role combines academic advising with a sales component to help potential students make informed decisions regarding their enrollment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales cum Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
Knowledge or experience in Education-focused roles or fields
Ability to build trust and establish rapport with students
Adaptability and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in academic counseling, academic advising, or related fields is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline preferred
