Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality technical training sessions tailored to the needs of students, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating students' progress. The trainer will also provide individual guidance and foster an interactive learning environment to maximize skill development.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Training and expertise in delivering industry-oriented content
Strong skills in Training & Development with a focus on knowledge transfer
Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts
Ability to design and execute Training programs adapted to diverse learning needs
Passion for mentoring and commitment to empowering students
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Relevant certifications or degrees in technical education or training methodologies
Willingness to work in an on-site role at the Chennai location/ College Locations (PAN India)
