Role Overview

Vibrant NDT Institute is seeking a technically strong and industry-experienced NDT Trainer to deliver structured classroom and practical training across core Non-Destructive Testing methods. The ideal candidate must combine technical expertise with the ability to mentor and prepare students for certification and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-depth theoretical and practical training in NDT methods
Design, revise, and upgrade training modules, presentations, and lab exercises.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations using NDT instruments and inspection tools.
Guide students on safety procedures, inspection standards, and field best practices.
Prepare trainees for Level II certification examinations.
Monitor student progress and maintain training documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

B.Sc. in Physics or equivalent technical qualification.
Strong foundational knowledge in NDT methods and inspection principles.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in multiple NDT methods (Level I / Level II preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in NDT training or field inspection.
Practical experience operating NDT equipment.
Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
High professional integrity and commitment to training quality.
