Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Consultants to guide students through a smooth, hassle-free application and documentation process for international education placements.
The role involves providing end-to-end counselling support, assisting with admission and visa processes, and ensuring students receive accurate and timely guidance.
Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset are essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle student walk-ins and effectively address queries related to studying abroad.

Provide comprehensive, end-to-end counselling solutions.

Assess students' eligibility and recommend suitable country, course, and university/college options.

Offer accurate guidance on admission requirements, visa documentation, and mandatory compliance processes.

Manage the complete admission cycle — from university application filing to visa submission.

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with students.

Stay updated on policy changes, procedures, and requirements for Ireland, UK, and Australia.

Ensure proper case documentation and timely follow-ups for effective closure.

Prepare reports as required by management.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree (or higher qualification)

Strong knowledge of international education systems and destination countries (Ireland, UK, Australia)

Minimum 2+ years of counselling experience, preferably in the education industry

Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
