Responsibilities Design and implement learning programs and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant training content.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning courses to promote continuous learning.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
