Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Foundation Teacher to teach Foundation-level classes (Grades 8 –10). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality classes onsite, integrate Q&I's platform-based practice approach, and contribute actively to student development and academic success. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are committed to shaping young minds and preparing students for competitive exams from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct onsite and online classes for Foundation - Chemistry (Grades 8–10)

· Use Q&I's digital platform to facilitate personalized practice and performance tracking

· Create test papers, assignments, and high-quality questions aligned with CBSE and competitive exam preparation

· Address individual student doubts and provide consistent academic support

· Track student progress and contribute to academic planning and performance reviews

· Engage in doubt solving, content development & review of content

· Contribute to a collaborative, student-centric academic environment

· Leverage Best-in-Class EdTech Tools:
Get hands-on experience with one of India's most advanced AI-based assessment-led learning platform — Q&I, designed to optimize student outcomes through smart practice and deep analytics.

· Data-Driven Teaching:

Eligibility Criteria:

· Educational

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT, NIT; M.Sc from a Reputed University (B.Ed will be an additional advantage)

Experience:

4-6 years of teaching experience in Foundation programs (Grades 8–10), CBSE school experience is essential, Experience in School Integrated Programs is highly preferred

· Communication Skills :
Excellent English language skills are essential. English Medium Background is essential
