Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Study Abroad Education Counsellor. The counsellor will provide guidance to students on educational opportunities abroad, including career planning and university selections. Key responsibilities include assisting with the application process, reviewing required documentation, and supporting students with visa applications and pre-departure preparations. The role involves effective communication with students and their families to deliver tailored advice and solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Educational Consulting and providing student-focused support throughout the study abroad process
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, helping students align their educational goals with career aspirations
Strong Communication skills to deliver personalized advice and maintain clear communication with students and their families
A strong understanding of the global education domain and university admission processes
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with students, universities, and team members
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in the study abroad or educational consulting sector is an advantage
