Physics Wallah is looking for enthusiastic and driven Counselling Trainees to support student counselling and enrollment initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in academic sales and student engagement. Role Overview :
The Counselling Trainee will assist in guiding students and parents regarding PW’s courses, support lead management activities, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets under the mentorship of senior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in counselling students and parents about PW programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation, etc.)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM

• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly enrollment targets

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate or Final-year student (any stream)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in counselling, sales, or the EdTech industry

• Target-oriented with a willingness to learn

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
