- We are looking for a Instructional Designer-- Instructional Designing , Articulating , storyboard , RCM with a strong background in eLearning and microlearning development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in creating engaging digital learning experiences using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and video-based microlearning tools, with proven experience in the healthcare industry.
Functions and
Education:
- Design and develop high-impact eLearning and microlearning videos using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and video editing software.
- Translate complex healthcare content into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and stakeholders.
- Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional strategies to ensure content is both educational and engaging.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ensure all content aligns with healthcare compliance standards and accessibility requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 7+ years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio of eLearning and microlearning content.
- Deep expertise in Articulate Rise and Storyline and SCORM-compliant content.
- Demonstrated ability to design and produce microlearning videos using tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, or similar.
- Strong experience working in the healthcare industry - understanding of coding, AR, contact center, workflows, terminology, or compliance.

- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
