Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Academic Consultant. The Academic Consultant will offer personalized guidance to students by identifying suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their academic profiles and career interests. Additional responsibilities include helping students navigate application processes, providing interview coaching, and supporting visa and accommodation arrangements. The role requires effective communication with students and families, maintaining relationships, and assisting in admission processes while offering tailored consulting services.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal interactions, with an ability to clearly discuss career aspirations and goals with students and families.
Expertise in Education and academic guidance, with a focus on global education systems and course selection.
Experience in Consulting and Coaching, with a track record of assisting students in achieving academic goals and overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in Sales and relationship management to engage with prospective students and maintain long-term professional connections.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
