Job Description  We are an Ad Film production house in Chennai looking for a talented and ambitious  Creative Graphic Designer  with 0–2 years of experience. We need a visual thinker who can bridge the gap between static design and cinematic storytelling. You will be responsible for creating high-standard visual assets that support our ad films, from social media campaigns to high-resolution posters.
This is a perfect role for a junior-to-mid-level designer who has mastered the technical tools and is now looking to apply them to high-end advertising and film projects.

Roles & Responsibilities    Social Media Design:  Conceptualize and design high-standard "thumb-stopping" creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
Ad Campaigns:  Create visual assets for digital and print ad campaigns that align with the high production value of our films.
Poster Design:  Design professional-grade posters for our ad film projects and internal promotions.
Pitch & Presentations:  Assist the sales and BDM team by designing premium pitch decks and mood boards to win new clients.
Brand Maintenance:  Ensure all designs remain consistent with our company’s and our clients' brand identities.
Trend Analysis:  Stay updated on current design trends in the advertising and film industry to keep our content fresh.
Technical Skills & Software Requirements    Adobe Photoshop:  High proficiency in photo editing, retouching, and digital composition.
Adobe Illustrator:  Expert knowledge in vector graphics, logo creation, and layout design.
Adobe After Effects (Bonus):  Ability to create basic motion posters or short GIF animations is a huge advantage.
Canva/Figma:  Proficiency for quick-turnaround social media assets.
Typography:  A strong eye for font selection and hierarchy.
