About the role:

A  Graphic Designer  at One MG plays a key role in bringing brand stories to life through compelling visual design. They are responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and high visual impact. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand strategy into powerful visual communication.
Responsibilities:
Develop visually engaging designs for digital, print, and branding projects.
Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and touchpoints.
Contribute to brainstorming and conceptual development sessions.
Adapt designs for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Revise and refine creatives based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
Required

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Electronic Media, or a related field.
Junior Level:  1–2 years of experience in graphic design (advertising/agency experience preferred).
Mid-Level:  3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
High attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability to evolving design trends.
Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
