We're looking for a creative, hungry Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing design team. This is an ideal launchpad for someone freshout of college or with limited professional experience who has genuine creative talent and wants to build a career in marketing design.
You'll learn by doing—working on real client projects under senior guidance,developing your skills in a supportive environment, and growing into client-facing responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Marketing Design (Under Supervision)
Execute design tasks assigned by senior designers—social media graphics, ad creatives, email banners, simple marketing collateral
Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, display ads)
Assist in developing creative concepts by contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions
Learn to create simple motion graphics and GIFs for social media content
Follow brand guidelines accurately and maintain visual consistency across deliverables
Client Exposure & Communication (Learning Phase)
Shadow senior designer sin client calls and briefing sessions to learn client interaction
Observe how expectations are set and managed—timelines, scope,revisions
Gradually participate in presenting work and receiving client feedback with senior support
Learn to interpret feedback constructively and implement revisions accurately
Build professional communication habits—clear, timely, respectful
AI-First Mindset (Training Provided)
Learn to use AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E,Adobe Firefly, Canva
AI) through team training
Apply AI tools to speed up ideation,mood boards, and visual exploration under guidance
Stay curious and experiment with new AI capabilities as they emerge
Understand when to use AI vs. original work to maintain creative authenticity
Quality & Organization
Handle 2-3 tasks or small projects at a time, learning to prioritize with manager support
Develop attention to detail—check typography, alignment, colors, and spacing before submission
Follow file organization standards, naming conventions, and version control practices
Accept feedback gracefully and implement corrections without repeated errors
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor'sdegree or diplomain Graphic Design,Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
0-1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome; internships or freelance projects are a plus, not required)
Portfolio showing creative potential—college projects, personal work, passion projects all accepted
Technical Skills
Foundational skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (comfortable with basicto intermediate tasks)
Basic familiarity with Canva or Figma (we'lltrain you further)
Willingness to learn AI design tools—noprior experience required,but enthusiasm is essential
General awareness of social media platforms and how visual content works on them

Any internship experience in design,marketing, or creative agency
Personal Behance/Dribbble profileor active design social presence
Exposure to After Effects or basic video editing
Interest in branding,typography, or illustration
Any prior exposure to AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT
