Role Overview :
We're seeking a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
- Create print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Design UI/UX elements for websites and mobile applications
- Edit and retouch photos for various marketing materials
- Prepare final files for print and digital publication
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to understand project requirements
