Industry: Interior Design /Corporate Facilities Management

EVOS Design & Living is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to oversee the day-to-day management of office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting smooth operational functioning across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Infrastructure Management

- Manage day-to-day facility operations including office spaces.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Vendor & Service Management

- Coordinate with external vendors for facility services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage service contracts, vendor performance, and service quality.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendor proposals, and support vendor selection processes.
- Ensure timely completion of facility maintenance tasks and service requests.

Asset & Inventory Management

- Maintain records of facility assets including furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Track facility inventory such as maintenance tools, office supplies, and operational materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper allocation and upkeep of assets.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate periodic safety checks, fire drills, and emergency preparedness measures.
- Maintain documentation related to licenses, facility compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure facilities follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Support office administration and facility-related operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve facility issues promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and facility expenses.
- Ensure facilities remain clean, organized, and operational at all times.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:

4 – 6 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and workplace infrastructure.
- Experience handling service vendors such as housekeeping, security, electrical, and maintenance contractors.
- Good understanding of facility safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience interior design companies or corporate offices.
- Ability to manage multiple facility requirements across different locations.
- Strong organizational and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
