Job Summary
The Executive – Front Office will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office support functions. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and candidates in a courteous and professional manner.
Arrange refreshments for guests, vendors, and interview candidates.
Ensure conference halls are well-prepared with basic arrangements for meetings and training sessions.
Coordinate with vendors for printing and distribution of employee visiting cards.
Manage daily official courier dispatches and maintain proper dispatch records.
Maintain stationery stock as per management requirements and keep accurate issuance records.
Handle all incoming enquiry calls and intercom calls, and transfer them to the concerned departments or personnel.
Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative and office coordination activities as assigned by management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
