Key Responsibilities
Attending Telephone Calls
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Administrative Support
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strategic Support
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Ability to work independently, maintain discretion
Proficiency in Hindi preferred (spoken)
