Role
Summary:
The Admin Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, efficient documentation, and seamless coordination between clients, owners, builders, and the sales team. This role requires strong organizational ability, tech skills, and proactive support for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle office administration including calls and email management.
* Manage office inventory and supplies.
* Maintain and organize client/property information and records.
* Manage CRM systems for leads and property databases.
* Post property listings across digital platforms.
* Allocate leads and assist the sales team with tracking, scheduling site visits, and client follow-ups.
* Prepare and update reports, presentations, Excel sheets, and PPTs.
* Coordinate with property owners, clients, builders, and service providers as required.
* Ensure smooth office operations including logistics and compliance support.
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
* Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable using CRM software, basic AI generative tools, and other office software.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support the team.
Location:
Chennai (In-office role, candidates from Chennai preferred).
