Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and track major equipment, minor equipment, and bulk materials as per purchase order terms and conditions.
Expedite supplier data and coordinate with engineering to ensure timely submission and return of documents to maintain project schedule.
Set up and conduct meetings with project teams and suppliers to follow up on deliverables.
Maintain detailed files and records for each purchase order.
Update and maintain expediting status reports using the Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) and Documentum.
Assist construction teams in managing overages, shortages, damaged, and quarantined equipment.
Coordinate with accounts payable to confirm milestone completions for payment processing.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
9+ years of experience in EPC expediting or related field.
Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
