Description We are seeking a dynamic Reception Cum Coordination professional to manage front desk operations and assist in coordinating various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and organization within the office.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and update records and databases related to visitors and coordination activities.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
Support HR department including interview scheduling.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of office management procedures and practices.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
