The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office management functions. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative and office management functions. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

- Accounts Responsibilities

- - Maintain books of accounts, including vouchers, invoices, and bills
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain records for expenses, payments, and receipts
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (returns, filings, documentation)
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
- Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts
- Coordinate with auditors and accountants when required

- - Administrative Responsibilities

- - Manage office administration and daily operations
- Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and office supplies
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Organize files, records, and official documents
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administration (freshers may apply, if applicable)

Required Skills

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- TDS filing
