Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Chennai.

The Person al Assistant will support the Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the diary. Duties include administrative tasks, clerical support, organizing travel arrangements, handling confidential documents, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Director's daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance
- Extensive experience with Diary Management and coordinating schedules
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including handling correspondence and maintaining records
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in commonly used office software and tools
- Prior experience in a similar role or in an executive support capacity is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
