Senior Accounting executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Executive to manage end-to-end accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in taxation, audits, and the ability to work independently while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage complete accounting cycle including books of accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations
-Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
-Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Handle bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
-Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements
-Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and related workings
-Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and handle audit queries
-Monitor expenses, budgeting, and cost controls
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
-Guide and review work of junior accounting staff
-Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis
