Senior Accounting Manager

Hiring for Senior Accounting Manager – Nanganallur, Chennai

We are looking for a senior accounting professional to  own and stabilise end-to-end accounting operations  for multiple entities (India and overseas).
This is a high-responsibility role, not a support position.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Own monthly accounting (Zoho Books), closing and finalisation for multiple entities
2. Review work done by junior team members and ensure accuracy and timeliness
3. Act as the first point of escalation for accounting and closing issues
4. Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures
5. Communicate with clients on routine accounting matters
6. Build and enforce basic processes, checklists and discipline in accounting

Experience & Profile
1. 3 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience preferably in a CA firm
2. Strong exposure to end-to-end accounting and finalization
3. Experience handling multiple entities simultaneously
3. Prior experience reviewing juniors' work
4. Calm, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
