We are in search of a disciplined, street-smart, and resilient Bookkeeping Accountant to join our team. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, executing diverse bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations, whether in India or the USA.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of establishing best practices in Accounting and will operate with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the accounting process.

Job Description:

Financial Transactions Management:  Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Record-Keeping:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments
Bank Reconciliation:  Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records
Document Processing:  Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
Financial Reporting:  Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries
Expense Monitoring:  Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
Tax Compliance:  Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
Audit Support:  Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Regulatory Compliance:  Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
Team

Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise as a Bookkeeping Accountant or in a comparable position.
Proficiency in leading accounting software such as Quick Books and the MS Office Suite, with a preference for advanced Excel capabilities.
Thorough comprehension of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Impeccable attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping.
Capacity to work autonomously and adeptly prioritize tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
Familiarity with US GAAP and up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.
CPA certification is desirable but not obligatory.
