Site Accountant

We are seeking a Site Accountant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to the site management. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the site.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor and reconcile site expenses and accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to site management.
Support the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Indian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
