We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an  Assistant Manager  to join the  CHAMP  team in our  National   Assurance  practice.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our Assurance – CHAMP team and as an Audit Industry  CHAMP AM  , you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related
CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in
Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting

Experience with CHAMP industries is a
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple engagements and
