• Pay Rate:
  Drivers make $65,000 to $110,000 per year.
• $55,000 - $70,000 per year during the training period.
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $15,000, depending on experience.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (manual or People Net) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year (or 50,000) verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
