Perform maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Work to ensure that customer orders are completed within the Repair Group's standards and procedures. • Trained on most units in the Department. Can troubleshoot independently and understands all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated.
• Ensure the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements.
• Record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.li>
• Assist the Supervisor as directed in the area of employee training and records keeping as required by the regulations and as needed to assure quality job production.
• Perform the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks.

• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Capable of training other technicians in all aspects of departmental processes.

Education / Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree. Minimum two years' related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
