Job Summary

The School of Business, in the College of Professional Programs at Eastern Washington University (EWU) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Entrepreneurship to begin September 16, 2026
. EWU is a regional, comprehensive institution where excellent teaching must be supplemented with an appropriate research program. The successful candidate is expected to publish high-quality, impactful research in peer-reviewed academic journals in Entrepreneurship or related fields and exhibit effective teaching, curriculum development, and pedagogical innovation. The primary teaching area for this position will be topics in Entrepreneurship in the undergraduate and MBA programs.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach in-person and online courses to a student body with a wide variety of backgrounds. Additional responsibilities include advising students, participation in student-learning assessment, and service to the university, college, department, and the field of Entrepreneurship.

Salary for this position is $112,399.
