Base Salary: £3,715.2 (average working week of 40 hours). Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000.

Responsibilities
  • Communicator:
    Master diagnostics and fundamental skill in delighting customers, sharing knowledge and ensuring customers feel safe.
  • Self‑starter:
    Work independently and collaborate within a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
  • Fixer/Problem solver:
    Use technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, whether fixing the vehicle on the roadside or recovering it to a garage.
Qualifications
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
  • Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
