As part of this growth, we’re setting up a dedicated tyre fitting service at our new Cheltenham‑based unit.

To efficiently and safely fit, balance, and install wheel and tyre assemblies in line with company procedures and TIA safety standards, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction.

• Mount,RVWS. Swaging:
  Mont, demount, and balance tyres using appropriate equipment and TIA‑approved procedures.
• Inspect wheels, rims, and tyre assemblies for wear, damage, and compliance with manufacturer and safety specifications.
• Inflate tyres to recommended pressures using calibrated tools, strictly following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards in line with company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to support efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

• Proven experience as a tyre fitter; TIA certification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Skilled in tyre changing, fitting, and wheel balancing using modern equipment.
• Physically fit, safety‑conscious, and detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
