Security Team Leader

Position Overview

Cheltenham £44,000 per annum. Benefits Full-Time | Permanent | 48 hours per week (12-hour shifts). SIA Licence Essential. We are seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to oversee on‑site security operations across asylum accommodation properties in Cheltenham.

• Supervise and coordinate daily duties of Security Officers
• Ensure full site security coverage and respond to escalated incidents
• Oversee incident reporting and High Priority Notifications (HPNs)
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks
• Support safeguarding processes for vulnerable individuals
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on‑the‑job training
• Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety compliance

• Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
• Experience in front‑line security
• Supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
