Hours:

36 hours per week + potential for overtime

• A valid SIA licence.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and be available to work at short notice.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Prior experience as a Security Officer in the security industry.

• Provide professional security services across various sites in Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safety of people, property, and assets at all times.
• Patrolling key areas
• Managing gatehouse operations
• Responding to alarms and incidents
• Deliver exceptional customer service
  , making clients feel safe and supported.
• Support colleagues and sites at short notice
  , offering flexibility and reliability.
• Work across a portfolio of corporate sites
  , gaining experience in different environments.

What you ll be doing:

• Monitoring alarms, CCTV, and conducting patrols.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Maintaining accurate records and following assignment instructions.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, and be available to work at short notice.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
• Prior experience as a Security Officer in the security industry.
• No current criminal convictions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual and reliable.
