Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000 – £50,000+
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Associate / Valuer to join a well-established and high-performing residential sales team in Cheltenham town centre. This position is ideal for someone looking to build on their existing experience within a supportive, ambitious environment that genuinely rewards performance and progression.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving residential sales activity, carrying out market appraisals, securing new instructions and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers alike. You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload while contributing to the wider success of the office through proactive business development and collaboration with colleagues.

What the role will involve:
Carrying out market appraisals and instruction appointments
Managing a portfolio of properties from instruction through to sale
Handling buyer and seller enquiries with professionalism and confidence
Matching applicants to suitable properties and identifying opportunities
Actively generating new business and strengthening local market presence
Supporting viewings and assisting with sales progression
Working closely with the wider team to maintain high service standards
This is a busy and varied position, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.
About you:
Previous experience within residential estate agency is essential
Confident carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
Professional, well-presented and comfortable dealing with clients at all levels
Proactive, organised and motivated by results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own pipeline
High standards of professionalism and customer care
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required
