What you’ll be doing :
* Speaking to warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales calls
* Understanding customer needs, budgets and priorities
* Recommending and selling insurance solutions from leading UK providers
* Handling objections with confidence and closing deals
* Delivering an excellent customer experience while smashing sales targets
* Competing, improving and pushing yourself to be the best in the room
What it takes to succeed:
Essential:
* The right attitude is key! You’ll need to naturally be someone motivated to succeed, with a drive to go above and beyond Strong sales mentality with a target-focused mindset
* Confident, persuasive phone and email communication skills
* Ability to build trust quickly and influence decision-making
* Evidence that you can be a successful salesperson, we’re open to what this might look like…
Desirable (not essential):
* Telesales or phone-based sales experience
* Private Medical Insurance or financial services knowledge
* Competitive, commission-driven background
No insurance experience? No problem. Full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and hunger to succeed.
