Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client’s successful dealership in the Cheltenham area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong sales background to build a rewarding career within the motor trade.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding showroom experience while guiding customers through the motorcycle purchasing process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Motorcycle sales roles in the UK typically offer a lower basic salary with commission-based earnings, with many positions advertising OTE figures around £40,000–£50,000+ depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcoming customers into the showroom and delivering a professional sales experience.

* Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable motorcycles.

* Presenting new and used motorcycles and arranging demonstrations or test rides.

* Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover.

* Achieving sales targets and maximising profit opportunities.

* Promoting finance, insurance, accessories, and additional products.

* Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the motorcycle range.

Requirements

* Previous sales experience within a retail or automotive environment preferred.

* Passion for motorcycles and the motor trade.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Full UK motorcycle licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).

* Ability to work weekends on a rota basis.
