Looking for a summer role that combines your passion for motorcycles with top‑notch customer service? Cheltenham Triumph, part of Blade Motorcycles, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Assistant to join our team on Saturdays and one other day per week.

About the Role:

As a Showroom Assistant, you’ll be the first face customers see when they walk through our doors – making that all‑important first impression. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting our sales team, and helping customers on their journey – whether they’re browsing bikes, looking for the right part, or updating their riding wardrobe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers and ensuring they feel welcome and looked after.
• Supporting the sales team during busy periods by engaging with customers and providing refreshments.
• Assisting customers in purchasing motorcycle parts, accessories, and clothing.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom and display areas.
• Taking customer enquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable manner.
• Confidence dealing with customers and a can‑do attitude.
• An interest in motorcycles or the motor trade is a big plus.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not essential.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and making a difference on busy Saturdays.
