Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Cheltenham for a Deputy Store Manager. The Deputy Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the store, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring product availability, and monitoring stock levels. The role involves contributing to retail loss prevention measures and ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Experience in the trade or retail sector is advantageous.
